| Julie Sparrow: Gal, Vari, Balog surnames | | I am searching for relatives of Janos Gall or Gal, had sons Steven or Istvan, and Janos or John. This John is my grandfather. Janos Gall senior was married several times, Anna Vari was one of the wives, tho I think she remarried to get the Vari last name. My grandfather returned to Hungary in 1923, and stayed, my grandmother and mother returned to Minnesota USA. My grandfather John Gall remarried a woman named Margaret, they had 4 daughters.
